Using the the finest Callebaut chocolate, I now have a selection of different flavoured chocolates (white (28% cocoa solids), milk (33.2%), dark (54.5% and 70%), ruby (47.3%), cappuccino (30.8%), caramel (30.4%), strawberry, orange (29%) which I'm now using to create a range of delicious chocolate bars.

these hot chocolate bombs use the finest quality drinking hot-chocolate and mini-marshmallows and are available in white, milk, dark and orange chocolate with a choice of milk or dark drinking chocolate powder. Each is a different design. Just add to a cup of hot milk, and watch the magic happens.
